We break our packages into levels:
- Budget:
For those who want managed IT but at minimal monthly charges. We 'know' your network and understand how you work. You get faster support than non-contracted companies and we'll keep check on your computers 24/7. This a Break/Fix type contract. - Standard:
Our most popular package includes all off-site support (telephone, remote and workshop), faster response times and some inclusive on-site support (we normally visit once a month, but if thats not required, you can use it as you wish). This is a Pro-Active type contract meaning we'll often fix things without you knowing about it, things just run better. - Premium:
Our premium package includes all off-site support, all on-site support (within reason, see below) and faster response times. Your staff get bigger discounts too! This is a Pro-Active type contract.

- Unpublished 'Lo-Call' Support Line (you'll get priority, not new business enquiries!)
- Initial site visit F.O.C.
- Fast response times
- Standard Working Hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
- Inclusive Employee Discount Scheme means your staff will enjoy a discount off our labour for their own computers (when they show their company I.D.)

- We want this to be a long term friendship, so we won't push unneeded work or upgrades.
- No long contracts: After your first three months, we simply require a single full months notice to cancel.

- All support options outside working hours are chargeable at our standard rates
