Our techies are available to help with any IT support issues. Our rates are competitive and open to all customers whether you have previously used us or not.
Our hour and day rates are service independent - it really doesn't matter why you have called us out; we'll provide a fast, efficient and professional service.

Call Out Charges
We charge £49 per hour, with a minimum charge of 2 hours (Orange Zone is 2.5 Hours, Red Zone is 3 Hours - see coverage below). After the first 2 hours, we charge by the 15 minute. All prices include VAT.
We have a fixed rate of £399 per day (9am to 6pm, including a lunch break).
Out of Hours
Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. We offer 24/7 callouts and will stay as late as we need to get a job done. Obviously there is a premium for outside hours service and this is listed below. Our normal onsite hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
