Business Services Telephone or Remote IT Support

Whether we support you by remote control or on the telephone, we treat them as the same service.

Telephone Support

Sometimes you just need a bit of help with Outlook or Excel, or maybe its more difficult and we'll need to talk you through how to perform a network stack reset (it sounds worse than it is!) so that we can get connected online.

Our support number, 0330 999 1337, means your call is most likely included in your landline AND mobile contracts so effectively its free (0800 are chargeable from mobiles, so we don't use one).

Remote Support

If you have an internet connection then we can connect online and show you how to do something, make a repair or even recover some deleted files.

If you are an existing IT support customer then you'll already have the software installed on your covered machines, otherwise just give us a call and we'll give you a simple 6 digit number. Scroll down to the bottom of this page (or any other) and enter it next to our little lady, PC Penny. Within 30 seconds, we'll have complete control of your system.

Pricing

We charge a minimum of 1 hour for remote control and 15 minutes for telephone support. Our prices change outside of normal working hours (e.g. if we're doing a remote fix from 5pm to 7pm, then it'll be charged 1 hour as normal and 1 hour at extra charge).
