Unlike lots of our competitors, we have a workshop which means you can come to us!

It's great being mobile and having on-site call outs, but sometimes jobs can take time (such as full system rebuilds or LCD replacements on a laptop). As we can work on multiple jobs at the same time, our prices are much cheaper too.

Fixed Price Jobs

Most jobs we perform at our workshop are fixed price - as a business you pay exactly the same as you would if you were a retail customer, which compared to most IT companies means we're cheaper. We automatically fast track all our business IT support customers and it's an option for adhoc support customers too.

Hourly Rate Jobs

Some jobs we need to charge by the hour - database design, consulting, email hosting migration etc. Our hourly rate is £49 including VAT.

Pros:

If we're on site and we need to work on a job for a couple of days, it's much better value!
