Factoids Delivery

Collection
Collection is free. We will have your items ready to collect within 1 working hour of your order being placed. You may collect on any working day (including Saturday and Sunday) - please check the opening hours for the shop you chose on checkout. We will keep your items for one week before refunding you and charging a £10 admin fee (if you know you won't make it in time, just tell us and we'll keep as long as you need!). Please ensure you bring your receipt or your card used to make payment, or a driving license/passport. We will not relinquish your items unless we are sure you are the correct customer.

Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery charge is £5 for delivery (normally within 2 working days). We use different couriers and most are able to deliver between 08:00 and 17:30. They are unable to specify a delivery time.

Premium Delivery
Our premium delivery charge is £10 for delivery on the next working day. All orders must be placed and received by 4pm. We use different couriers and most are able to deliver between 08:00 and 17:30. They are unable to specify a time. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Saturday or Sunday deliveries. 95% of all Premium Delivers arrive next day, but we do not use guaranteed service. If you do not receive your item next day, let us know and we'll refund the difference.
