See the website for full details, but basically this scheme means your repairer is qualified, insured and guarantees their work. All parts must have a minimum of 12 months warranty (unless agreed in advance of repair) and they must be members of a trade association, following their code of conduct.

As part of the LaptopLink, you can have your laptop collected from a local drop off point if you live within 5 miles of us or we can arrange collection and delivery by post. Both options cost £20 and are not included in the Repairers fee unless stated (e.g. our fee). Simply choose your local Location and tell them you want to use Totally Techy as your Repairer. They will charge you £20 and book your computer in for repair. We will collect and repair, dropping back safely when we are finished. If you want, call us and we will make arrangements for you.
