Factoids No Fix, No Fee, No Fuss

Our No Fix, No Fee policy applies to most situations, however, there are obvious exclusions that we must have to protect us. If you have any doubt as to whether you would be covered, please ask.

No Fix, No Fee

• No Fix, No Fee means that if we are unable to make a repair then we will not charge you (exclusions below).
• No Fix, No Fee applies In-Store, On-Site and Remotely.

Exclusions

• We do not offer No Fix, No Fee to Businesses.
• We do not offer No Fix, No Fee on Diagnostics.
• We do not offer No Fix, No Fee on these specific jobs at all: Mechanical Data Recovery or Motherboard Repair.
• We do not offer No Fix, No Fee for 'try it' type jobs where we are unsure if it will work, but you choose to give it a go.
• We do not offer No Fix, No Fee on 'multi-issue' jobs. For clarity, please see the following examples (not limited to these examples). Example 1: If a call out has multiple issues and we fix some of them, then this policy would not apply (although depending upon the situation, our Techie may offer you discount). If we are unable to fix any of your issues, the No Fix, No Fee will apply. Example 2: If you come in with a virus infection and your sound hasn't been working for a while, we will perform the virus removal and try to fix your sound. As this is two separate issues we would not offer a No Fix, No Fee if we couldn't fix either of them, but would, if we couldn't fix both.
• We do not include Courier Fees or external 3rd Party Fees in your No Fix, No Fee.
• Anything not clearly defined as included in the No Fix, No Fee policy is excluded.
