No Fix, No Fee, No Fuss

If we can't fix it, you don't pay! Some exclusions apply like pre-arranged 'lets try it' type jobs or courier fees.
This policy covers two separate issues:
1. Hourly
For hourly work, we charge a Diagnostic Fee to access your computer. When we have an idea what the problem is, we will give you a quote. At this point, you may choose not to go ahead and all you have paid is the Diagnostic Fee. If you go ahead and we are unable to complete the job as discussed, we won't charge you anything (including the Diagnostic Fee).
2. Fixed Priced
Fixed Price services are also covered by this policy, ask in-store for more details.
Exceptions
If you choose not to go ahead with the repair, you will simply be charged for the Diagnostic Fee.
Some repairs are exempt from this policy, please check. An example is Data Recovery - we may not be able to recover every last file without extended effort but this would not be classed as a failure. We will always notify you before starting a job as to what the exact terms are.
