Shopping online is safe and secure.

Our site uses SSL technology to provide encryption of personal information (including name, address, passwords, card details etc) whilst in transit across the internet. When the information is received by us (e.g. our servers), it is stored in an encrypted format. When viewing data online, your credit card details will remain hidden except the last 4 digits of your card so that you know which card is being used.

When entering personal information on any website, you should check that you have a locked padlock icon somewhere on your browser (this is normally in the bottom grey bar or next to the website address in the location bar at the top). We recommend you use an up to date operating system, an internet protection application and an up to date browser.

In the unlikely event that we need to physically move data from one place to another (like on a laptop or keyfob), it is fully encrypted and obscured. All backups store data in the original encrypted format and where possible, the actual backup is also encrypted. Backups are treated like originals, and kept secure.

Note: You should only give your credit card details to any company under the right context (e.g. changing card, payment failure or signing up etc). It should never be used by any company to locate your details. If we need it to confirm your ID, then only the last four digits will be requested.
