Stats can be misleading - heres the lowdown on how we work ours out.
We ask every customer to complete a "Customer Satisfaction Survey" which is returned freepost (or dropped in).
We enter all surveys, good or bad, into the system. Unanswered questions are left unanswered.
For statistics, each star is worth 20% (5 stars = 100%).
Unanswered questions are not included in the calculations.
All surveys are available to see instore, just pop in and say hello! Some of our favourites will be in the window.
