Got a nasty virus on the Friday morning, all gone (and computer running faster as well) by Saturday morning! Along with some great advice and pleasant service at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would have no hesitation recommending. Hopefully though, won't have to use them again!
Great! Very friendly, professional service. My problem was fixed very quickly which was surprising as one other local firm spent hours on my computer and couldn't repair it. Very Impressed.

I am extremely impressed by their service! Uxbridge is lucky to have such a wonderful shop on the highstreet. I stopped by with my broken PC. They opened it up right there and then and did a quick diagnostic with specialized equipment. It turned out that it was a faulty power supply. Instead of taking my PC in for a few days they suggested where I should go buy a replacement part (they didn't have it in stock). That is awesome service! Thank you Totally Techy! I'll spread the word.
I work with I.T bods and can tell you these guys know their stuff. What makes them so radically different is ...well , superb customer service, politenesss, no question is a chore to answer , free advice and they are genuinely good blokes. 5 star and the rest. Keep up the good work. (I006626)

have used totally techy a couple of times and always found them helpful and excellent value. Very quick service - always quicker than the week they advise when left my laptops. Recommended by a neighbour and very glad she did. I would advise folks to use their services. LG
I made a call at 9 walked my laptop in and a couple of days later, the laptop was repaired at a fantastic rate of £59. My laptop had all the operating system removed by a so called computer expert and replaced with a copy windows, which is illegal. The software was not suitable and as such i contact TT to see if they could. Aswell as repairing my computer they recovered documents and photos which I was previously told were corrupt by a unknowledgaeble IT man. TT are fantastic genuine guys who are keen to please. Fantastic customer service and i would recommend to anyone in the local area. Thank you

This is the 2nd time I have used Totally Techy and found them to be excellent, great customer service and quick turnaround. Would recommend to friends, family etc and their prices are fair as you know what you are paying for.
