HELP! My computer isn't working! It's nearly always the first thing we here when customers come to visit us. Maybe its network issues, system crashes, viruses, hard disk issues or the dreaded blue screen of death? It doesn't matter to us - we can repair any issue with any computer.

We have specific services for different issues and without seeing the computer we can't tell you exactly what the issue is s we can't give you a proper quote. Howeverm whilst we have a range of prices for differing jobs, our highest price is still lower than many competitors.

Computer Diagnostics

Sometimes when you come in we will know exactly what the issue is, but quite often we don't. As part of our service we include a basic diagnostic charge of £29. If you don't go ahead with a repair as quoted once we have done the diagnostics, then that's all you pay. If we can't tell you what the problem is or offer you a quote, then its free entirely!

Computer Repair is catch all phrase and isn't very useful for finding more on your issue. Of course, not all issues can be neatly defined so we may have to include multiple services or just do some bespoke work - it's our promise that you'll never pay more than £69 for our labour (note: Data Recovery could be outside of this promise - if it needs to be sent off for additional work, but we'll always tell you first).
